Fahlman Designs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application Yatzy Scorecard & Stats (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information from users during normal use of the App. We do not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

2.3 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple (App Store). We do not receive, store, or process your payment card details, billing address, or any financial account information.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat collects and processes your purchase history in order to validate receipts, manage subscription entitlements, and provide analytics to us. This data is associated with an anonymous user identifier — not your name or email address. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not sell your personal information. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.

7 Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at apps@fahlmandesigns.com and we will promptly delete that information.

For users in the EEA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16 without appropriate parental consent.

8 Data Retention

We retain feedback-related email communications only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping purposes, typically no longer than 12 months. Purchase confirmation data is retained only as long as required to maintain your in-app purchase status.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 11).

9 Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information we receive. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10 International Data Transfers

We are based in Saskatchewan, Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, please be aware that any feedback or inquiry information you send us will be transferred to and processed in Canada. We rely on appropriate safeguards (including GDPR standard contractual clauses where applicable) when transferring data internationally.

RevenueCat, Inc.

Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat collects purchase history data associated with an anonymous identifier for the purposes of receipt validation, entitlement management, and analytics. RevenueCat is a data processor acting on our instructions and does not sell your personal information. RevenueCat complies with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy laws.

Apple App Store

Used to process payments for in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment card or billing details directly. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy for details.

We do not integrate any third-party analytics tools, advertising networks, or social media plugins.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice through the App or via email (if applicable). Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
